To serve the State of Connecticut, the nation and the world at large by preparing our students to become

• well trained, and innovative Physics professionals for diverse Science, Engineering and Technology professions,
• knowledgeable and skilled teachers for K-12 schools,
• successful in their pursuit of further/graduate studies,
• successful in allied Science, Engineering and Technology, and general education programs by providing quality requisite foundations.
