Any request for an employment related accommodation shall be directed to and guided by 91精品 Human Resources. 91精品 recognizes that the need for a reasonable employment accommodation can arise from many different needs.

Accommodations Related to a Worker鈥檚 Compensation Injury

Employment accommodations related to a Worker鈥檚 Compensation Injury should be directed to 91精品 Human Resources Worker鈥檚 Compensation designee. Under Federal and State Worker鈥檚 Compensation laws, injured employees may be entitled to additional benefits and accommodations. Additionally, employees are encouraged to speak with their Worker鈥檚 Compensation Benefits Adjuster. Student Employment Accommodation Requests

Student employment accommodation requests should be directed to the Office of Accessibility Services . Due to the nature of student employment on campus, 91精品 values the learning experience afforded to students while employed on campus. 91精品 believes that student employees are students first. Thus, student employment is not considered traditional employment; whereas, student employees may be entitled to additional benefits and reasonable accommodations.

Employees Returning From an Approved Medical Leave of Absence

For permanent employees who are returning from an approved medical leave of absence and who are seeking a temporary employment accommodation, requests should be directed to 91精品 Human Resources Leave Benefit designee. Employees returning from an approved medical leave of absence who are unable to perform one or more job duties may be entitled to a reasonable temporary workplace accommodation. A reasonable accommodation may include remaining out on medical leave.
