Dr. Andreoletti joined the 91¾«Æ· faculty in 2004 and regularly teaches Lifespan Development, Introduction to Gerontology, and the Psychology of Happiness. Her research examines the benefits of intergenerational connection for reducing ageism and increasing well-being. Dr. Andreoletti spearheaded efforts to have 91¾«Æ· join the Age-Friendly University Global Network, with the goal of enhancing the lives of older adults and fostering age inclusivity. She is a fellow of the Academy for Gerontology in Higher Education (AGHE), the education section of the Gerontological Society of America and an Associate Editor for Gerontology & Geriatrics Education, the official journal of AGHE.
