Clarence Carroll Hall
Built in 1957, this facility is named for Clarence F. Carroll, the sixth principal of the State Normal School, the founding institution of 91¾«Æ· Connecticut State University. The building is home to the School of Education and TRiO programs. TRiO represents a set of federally funded programs to provide college access and retention programs for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
